    I'm not a fan of this BOD. They seem to look after each other. How can that be indepandant, I will never know!! but to be fair, I listened to the entire AGM online live and he did not say anything close to that.

    I'm surprised he was not removed from SYA and 1MC. They are just collect directors' fees and award themselves free shares at will
