Yes thats true about ASIC which is a shame as those 2-300 dollar parcels were probably worth tens of thousands when purchased before being mismanaged down to nothing.
ASICs failing was not striking off the directors after the release of the creditors report which stated they were operating insolvent, sadly they skated under enhanced safe harbour provisions brought about by covid.
