You are probably right about announcing the commencement of drilling. I think Mat is more on the money and Copulus is taking a position. Personally I think he should buy every share up to 20c as a kind gesture. Afterall he was the main reason so many shareholders got trapped when Rick was giving the impression the FS was good to go so he could unload his massive position. Kind of feels like the same scenario but in reverse.
