That’s just smart. By existing shareholders sacrificing their shares, they can keep it at an attractive price and don’t need to overdilute the pool in order to raise what they need. Those existing holders till own the vast majority too. Also, smarter people than you and I put a lot of money in on this ipo. The market drop is an opportunity for people to get in at a discount in my opinion.
