It will be known once they are lodged, with the date and partner at PWC name that signs them off.
There is no additional penalty for not lodging yet.
Key announcement to look for if no resolution in the next 3 weeks is Director nominations and AGM date, and subsequent to that notice if meeting, by which time annual report will need to be lodged containing the Fin reports.
