Yes, once we get to plany completion and it's commissioned, we will be in a much better position.
Worse case scenario is a sale. When the plant was cica 60/65% in Jan'24 we had $US 65 mill for 5%. Must be worth a lot more than that completed and ready to roar.
Whether we get through to retain our old law status or get bumped up to 35% plus extra taxes etc under the new law? That will effect value.
Best case we settle, remain under the old law and trade.
I would prefer we settle and trade after the plant is commissioned corresponding to the resource upgrade.
