The question which you can't answer and which appears to be the matter of speculation is whether the Junta government is:
A. Acting in a rogue manner/disregarding its own laws (aided and abetted by Russia?) OR
B. Exposing errors/flaws in the pathway followed by executives/lawyers in Perth or by the former government in Mali
These two are very different.
