Let’s be honest the negotiations with the Mali government are about how much money they need to pay to the personal accounts of the junta generals and their families. But why should we give them money when it is likely they will not last in power much longer. Moreover, Mali may split in different regions. Anyone can research online and see the situation in Mali just got worse with the corrupt junta.
