Every junior explorer starts out with the ambition of becoming a Producer, if it wasnt for corruption then Leo would have done it. How many other ASX have the ability to develop/produce? Before anyone pipes up with LTR watch the cash vanish quicker than it's made. Doomed to fail in WA. imo
