Thanks, I'm hoping the tax is minimal. What will the ATO use as the starting value 59.1% of FFX market cap at demerger? Or the valuation of 50% share at the time we sold to GF. Half the JV costs added until the date of sale?
Unfortunately companies in Aus do not get the 50%capital gains tax discount.
