Companies trade above cash backing based on the potential. We are likely to trade below cash backing if it's all based on tranche 2 because future money isn't worth money right now and without a project or plan that money has no way to grow. With the amount of negative left field events we've gotten, hopefully a positive one is due and management have the goods.
