I am of the opinion this clearly states that the transfer of management and control of the project now resides with Ganfeng, this cannot be reversed even if the sale does not complete, call me cynical but Leo has lost the project and if they dont pay it doesnt matter Ganfeng has the control of it. make what you will of it

An extract from the Leo announcement on 01/07/2024

"The parties have now transferred management responsibility under the Lithium du Mali S.A.1 Management Agreement to Ganfeng. As a result, overall management and control of the Project, and sole funding responsibility, now resides with Ganfeng. These arrangements are permanent and will not be reversed, even if the MLBV share sale does not complete."
