First payment is the tranche 1 which is expected by the end of October, with proceeds ($0.15 - $0.18) to be paid scheduled for January 2025.
Second payment (tranche 2) is to be paid by Ganfeng no later than 30 June 2025, and distributed by LLL, July 2025
