The simple fact is the Chinese have a propensity to default on an agreement even without any apparent cogent reason. With them it's better not to attempt to predict a rational outcome - positive or negative, accept that anything can happen in the situation we are in (worldwide), relax and hope for the best rather than reach for the Prozac !
