I think you are right @Pharrell13 ; LTR's chart(and Funnymentals) are saying "not much hope for a rebound yet if at all". This week's action in LTR finally broke the 78.6%(Sqrt of 61.8%) retrace of the Mar.'20L to June '23H run and fast approaching the 361.8% extension of the initial fall Range of this downtrend since that 2023H. Both definitely not good signs! (Actually, hasn't been for sometime, right ... altho some pains in the butt, who have been frequenting our LLL shores, still don't see it).
