What are people's thoughts on LLL merging with /acquiring...

What are people's thoughts on LLL merging with /acquiring another (flailing) company cheap whilst the Li price is in a slump and Simon finishes the construction management deal with Ganfeng?

I'm wondering as LLL shareholders retain their shareholding after the receipt of the 2x tranches - if this could happen, we could possibly turn this whole (insert every expletive under the sun) debacle into what could end up being an unintended positive, whereby SH's could actually make a profit if/when LLL finally relists with a new project, encouraging shareholders to not sell out as soon as it reopens (assuming it does).

Buy low, let it go up with the Li curve - also now re: CATL story
