This thread is insanity. If the BOD believes they can get away, they will spin the remainder into a new asset instead of returning our capital.
If some believe a new project is viable, start a new organisation and IPO a cap raise. Please don't force it with my money when I can't sell my shares!
This is a failed company. The remaining capital should be returned ASAP.
