Given Ganfeng's dedicated conversion plant to take Goulamina project is scheduled to come online early 2024, no surprise Ganfeng wants Goulamina project to commence production late 2023/early 2024. They don't want their conversion plant building and becomes idle because of no feedstock from Goulamina.

Canaccord research report, price target for LLL is $1.90/share based on spodumene concentrate price of US$1,200/ton which is about 80% discounted to the spot price.
PLS is already exceeding the price target!
