You'll see the asx is showing Leo as having 986.67m SOI
This is correct as far as the asx is concerned, because that is what is quoted & available to trade, however the escrowed shares are not quoted, so not shown.

The correct total SOI will be 1,197.6m (the max shown in the Prospectus)

FFX retained 211m LLL shares from the in-specie distribution
With $100m raised, they would have bought $20m (28.57m shares)
Giving them a total of 239.6m

It would appear only the 211m is escrowed (not the shares they purchased)
So the 1197.6m less 211m escrowed = 986.6m as shown by the asx.

ps hope they update it's category from Gold...
