Other than the dispute with Cominiere over the 15%, the BOD at AVZ may face issues with failure to disclose to the ASX, but even bigger than that, and potentially years of litigation involved see the last quote below....the original acquisition may have been via corrupt transfers.

This seems to be similar to the PLS and AJM situation of a few years back. Their misfortune is going to be a huge benefit to Leo shareholders.
Those stuck in AVZ, could do well to jump into LLL to make good their losses. AJM holders who did that with PLS back in the day certainly would have gotten back their losses and then made multiple bags on top.

The shitstorm over there has rocked the confidence of investors considering African Li, disgusting lack of transparency coupled with the ffx fiasco is hurting Leo. ASX/ASIC need to get involved and press charges imo.
