Unlikely, almost zero chance, ganfeng's only focus is to bring this JV to production asap, and ship SC6 back to China, this is inline with (required by) China's 20th Party Congress on its carbon targets and renewable energy plan.
Any confliction attempts will not only delay this process, but also getting less profits, plus mali government has a significant holdings 10%(or 20%), why do they want to do this?
