  AKE Mt Cattlin cost of production excluding royalties and selling cost is USD$796/t for 5.4% Li2O; PLS’ Pilgan unit production cost is US$780/t.

Currently Benchmark Minerals Intelligence tracking’s spodumene concentrate 6% Li2O is US$6,000/t.

The funny thing is Mr Market priced where spodumene concentrate price would drop by
85%, which would never be sustainable in any other minerals price history. Generally, the worst scenario, it dropped by around 80%, then quickly bounced 100%, sustained at that level, which is usually 30% to 50% of the peak price. In this case, spodumene concentrate price (6% Li2O) is likely to sustain around US$2,500/t to US$3,500/t, with my best guess.

At SC6 US$2,500/t, LLL would be a cash cow, first spodumene concentrate is expected to deliver May 2024.
