For me:

From a resource perspective, LTR stats are fractionally better IMO, however at depth, plus we have a further update so lets say even stevens.

Both have stage 1 and 2 that were fairly close on numbers. LTR upped the ante today with a 20% increase but lets stick to the original stage 1.

Both pretty much 500ktpa

We have 40% guaranteed ownership. Some tax credits to go with the 5% we cede to the Mali Govt.

LTR fully diluted MC tonight is around $3.05 bn.

70% is $2.135bn

Less your 30% is $1.494bn

$1.494bn / 1.197bn LLL shares is $1.24

Not $1.80

Where am i going wrong?

71c with a 30% disc for location is closer to the mark, though with no capital plan to return $$$ to SH the market is likely pricing in a 50% disc.
