71c with a 30% disc for location is closer to the mark, though with no capital plan to return $$$ to SH the market is likely pricing in a 50% disc.

I should probably point out, the 71c is 40% OF LTR $3.05 bn less a 30% disc.

LTR own 100% of their assets. We won 40%
