Where are Simon and Ricks incentive to get the SP higher now? Their conversion timeframes are not in shareholders interests in the near time, IMO.

None.
He can go the long game, that’s fine but it’s not good for a companies SP in my opinion.
There needs to be constant incentive to drive the SP higher
