One thing I will say.
In my opinion NO SHORT TERM INCENTIVES should be paid to Simon unless the SP trades for at least 20 days with a vwap over the 70c IPO.
His fingerprints are all over the IPO. Not the Ganfeng deal etc, but the listing he owns.
He should have to suck up missed bonus as many IPO / demerger holders have had to the last 8 months with the SP compared to pre demerger and the IPO.
Thats life.
