There is no seperate allocation per-say. The JV company sells all the product.
GF entitled to half if they want it by agreement, and ownership.
Simon is in charge of the JV company in that LLL are managers of project (and receive a fee for the service).
The profits of the JV then returned to owners based on % ie 45/45/10 at the moment.
So future downstream ventures in Europe will be between our JV company and new partner, ie BASF for example, and not LLL/BASF.
