Seen a lot talking about not supporting some of the resolutions.

I think its worth remembering, we are not penny stocks anymore. Both businesses are going to be Billion dollar companies and the resolutions are geared towards ensuring both companies move forward with a strong foundation and the right caliber people in decision making roles. Leo in particualr will be shaping up against Ganfeng so I definitely want a very strong BOD in Leo.

I for one will be voting yes to all resolutions
