Can't sell it for a year. Though if LLL buy it back then they will no doubt waive the escrow condition if that's possible.
Be good if someone like Aus Super bought it. I bet LLL would waive that on through too. Would solve any issues over at FFX till they can get Morilla profitable. Seems unlikely until proof of concept though. Super funds in Australia are VERY conservative. Besides, AC would REALLY want to keep that 20% until it is fully priced.
