Among the emerging lithium producers LLL remains OW and our preferred exposure. The uplift in long-run prices more than offsets downgrades in CY24-27, driving an increase in NPV from $1.21ps to $1.61ps (P/NPV now 0.30x). We believe the gulf between the current share price ($0.49) and our NPV should narrow in 2023 as perceived market risks around capital budget, funding and logistics are addressed.
