There was an official offer? and the offer came from "the capper" and that in turn was knocked back?
All sounds fuzzy don't you think? although you have yet to reply to "what are FFX selling"? but now into the equation "what is the capper purportedly offering to buy?"
My understanding, the only thing FFX is trying to divest is their 80% holding of the Company that owns the Morila Mine SA?
