    Build it and they will come.

    I think the biggest lead weight is the location which links LLL to AVZ. Mali, like the DRC is not exactly the best place to operate a globally significant mine.

    LLL always has the risk of a black swan event stuffing everything up in Mali. I personally believe the plant will be constructed without any issue and once the cashflow has started to be generated the company will re-rate very very quickly to around $2.5B MC IMO.
