Only one member of the FFX board will be up for re election. Yet to be disclosed.

Its also interesting that for LLL Brendan Borg is up for election.

One member of the Board had to come up for re-election under ASX rules. Brendan drew the short straw or felt it was better to confirm his positions given his previous FFX Links. Mark Hepburn and Alistair Cowden both resigned.

Both Rick and Alan had to be elected given they were Stand in Directorship appointments.

No surprise that Rick and Alan recently bought on market. Do they have got be so obvious???

Brendans loyalty is not questioned considering he holds around 85% of the BOD’s shares, though his ability for oversight of a company is questionable.

I will be voting YES for all three. Stability is best at this time.
