We've already got well over 200 MT looking at the latest drilling pics of Danaya, so take that one out of the picture. Though if I were a betting man, I'd bet that def is one anyways. The 'turning up for work' bonus seems almost universal amongst Perth types.
I of course totally agree the bar should be set higher.
At this stage I think there should be no performance reward of any kind until production measurables are hit. Starting with reaching first production (ie getting the plant build to spec, on time, within current budget) then (the larger slice of bonus) on reaching nameplate production.
Then repeat for Stage 2.
I was ready to vote no on BB, just for the Morilla link, but Gareth is right I think. It's good to have a large holder on the BOD, and as an NED he isn't expected to have any input into the day to day anyway, and that would also have been the case at FFX.
