50 million share's is not nothing, but I don't believe it's an over indulgence either...

PLS's Employee Awards Plan was for 40 million over 3 years, signed off at AGM back in October 2020... Their SP at the time was ~60c... (although MC around $1.5 bil I think)...

No need to get knickers in a knot. Management haven't given any reason to not trust them, they have been delivering constantly, can't blame them for the market...

I think they've got enough credits in the bank so far to have some flexibility in deciding on how to award employees, who will be growing this company, without being attacked by greedy shareholders who seem to only care about their own fiscal position...
