we recently exhibited an atypical purchasing behavior in the stock market. Despite a continuous influx of shares being dumped, it does not appear to be the action of an institutional buyer, as such a buyer would have likely caused a retracement in the share price and forced out more retail holders. Additionally, it does not seem to be a short-recover action, as indicated by the shorts report. While the overall lithium sector has experienced a decline recently, this decline does not apply to LLL.

My speculation is that this buying pattern could be linked to a potential merger or acquisition (M&A) offer from a prospective buyer. Typically, prior to making an offer, the buyer company acquires a certain number of shares. Furthermore, Simon is currently in China, and it is possible that the acquiring company needs to swiftly purchase a sufficient number of shares before engaging in discussions with Simon.

Alternatively, they might have already held discussions, but their offer was rejected, prompting them to commence buying shares on the open market. Our management team has displayed astuteness by strategically conducting an AGM right before Simon's visit to China. During the AGM, they approved the issuance of 50 million performance shares. This move enables them to possess a stronger position before initiating any potential acquisition negotiations
