I think it will come, but be a while. The shares in my SMSF are certainly sticking around for it. As are half the ones in my normal account.
I think on stage 2 and a million tons p.a. of 6% the numbers at $3000 p/t justify a SP of $5 without much trouble at all.
Lets see... 1,000,000 tons of spod x ($3000 - 400 costs = 2600) = $1,170,000,000 per year USD x 1.5 AUD = $ 1.755 billion per year.
Times 8 yrs divided by 1.4 billion shares = $10.02 per share
Take a 20% discount for location? A 20% discount for potential prices declining? = $6
Then think of stage the 3 being a replica of stage 1 and another 500,000 tons by 2029? The downstream plant income....
$10 in 2030 not at all unreasonable. Conservative in fact. If the price stays at $3000 we'll hit that in 2026.
These calcs aren't a strong suite by any means. But that is ball park I believe.
