unfortunately a lot of Retail....dont actually 'invest'. Theyre not interested in looking to double/tripling their money in 1-2 years..for them to see a quick 30-40% gain in a couple of weeks theyre happy to move on to something else.

However, finding a quality asset like this doesnt come around very often, so im happy to take a fairly large (for me) position and just hold for 2-3 years minimum...and if divies come up...maybe longer!
