The Chinese government's approval is just a process and should not have any issues, in my view. This is evidenced by previous cases (No rejection in the past as I have known).
This process usually takes around two months. So I expect the GF $106m injection to be finalised in August 2023. As the strategic cooperation agreement is required to be executed before the placement, so the strategic cooperation agreement is likely to be binding one next month, imo.
