    I go by NPV:

    Leo's NPV = 2.9B USD = 4.27B AUD

    x 0.45 ownership = 1.92B AUD mcap

    SP = $1.60 using Dec 2021 US$1,250 / tonne spodumene price (adjust upwards to reflect current pricing if you want)

    This is what I consider minimum 'fair value'. Consider that LTR and CXO trade heavily above projected NPV (the Australia premium).
