Nice to hear you think it’ll be less discount once money flowing in. Biggest risk I believe is the implications of funding which we have sorted. Look at TAW (or whatever they were eventually called) and AJM. Lower prices didn’t help but debt, high capex and or high interest killed them in tier 1 jurisdictions. We’ve been compared to LTR which has a much much higher MC but they still need significant funding. It’s going to cost them one way or the other from where they sit now
