There were 2 types of shares issued.
Inspecie Issue - these would have the purchase date as the original FFX purchase date.
Rights Issue - the purchase date would be 23/June-2022 so qualify for CGT discount if applicable.
However, using gains from shares that qualify for CGT discount to offset losses negates the CGT discount. For tax purposes, better to use gains from shares that do not qualify for CGT discount.
