Yea, LEO is very well set up, we have a top man in Simon and I am pretty sure he will bring in some very experienced people to fill our top spots. Cash wise we have a very healthy balance in USD and in AUD. The importance of the USD funds moving forward for LEO is huge, it gives us a big leg up when purchasing goods etc. The funds received from Ganfeng (US130m) and the debt package also in USD are to be drawn down/used first and then later next year the AUD funds of 100m will be deployed. The costs pressures of materials moving forward are significantly tempered by our huge cash balance in USD. I think Leo is very well placed for a shot at the 2 Billon club all we have to do is hold fast .
