I realise I'm about a week late on this comment but just came across this thread.

I'm just taking the simple headline figures from the "LLL Updated prospectus" so I might have missed some of the finer detail.

Pg 20 - 2.1 gives a Updated DFS post-tax NPV of US$2.95 billion = AUD$4.214 bil (@AUD0.70c > $1USD)
40% = AUD$1.685 bil

Pg 6 of the same doc givesimplied market capitalisation on Completion of the Offer and implementation of the Demerger at maximum subscription to be AUD$838.3 mil.

So running at 50% of valuation from these very round numbers.
