Mali may well gave given to many Tax concessions to new start ups in production. We were granted some concessions which were posted some time ago. Obviously granted by Mali to encourage miners to explore and develop there.
The talks about changes are likely the old ambit want everything claims which will be watered down materially when things get serious..
Mali is not going to discourage new mining investment.
Some non holds are posting ridiculous, far fetched claims.
