Personally I think the scenario will be a headline of "Leo Lithium stricts deal with Malian Government for ... tonne of DSO".
Then there will be a sentence on:
1.They will then add a date for first expected shipment which will be ahead of when was expected by us currently.
2.They will also include the benefit of testing logistics.
3. How this agreement further strengthens Leo's relationship with the Government.

I think we are in the suspension because of point 1 and caught the Government off guard.
