LTR was $2.19 18 months ago. His excuse for riding it up and down is for the long term $$$$
Well 36% in 18 months is pathetic, especially if you strip out the cash rate.
Going to be a lot of shit sandwiches eaten by the pump crew on the valuations, and agree with you $3.00 is fair.
LTR has the potential to be CXO ramp up issues on steroids.
