Indeed without getting definitive answers to the questions raised by the interim gov correspondence it would be absurd to come out of suspension, if not outright negligent (see last time which needlessly wiped out $700 million in investor 's investment worth). I would be VERY surprised if they had any such definitive answers from the Malian Gov in the time that has passed given their recent track record.
