even under a worst case scenario where they take 35%, charge taxes and bad dso; we are still profitable , fully funded with construction on track and off takes taken care of.

regardless of the announcement the sp willl go down and we just need to ride it to production.

it becomes individual investors choice whether they believe another curve ball will be thrown by the government or if spodumene price falls through the floor.
