You need to expand on your boundaries. How about having a look at the second tier lithium developers around the global. There are plenty that have second and third category resources compared to Leo not to mention their management. At least Leo ticks two out of the three boxes. And the third well who knows, it may not be as big a problem as some might believe if its sorted out before going to production. Good luck in you tier one location and second rate resources.
